You have the absolute right to delete your Hikee Messenger account and all associated personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly inside the App by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Welcome to Hikee Messenger! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Hikee Messenger mobile application and the website https://hikee-social-india.blogspot.com, operated by the Hikee Team.
You must be at least 13 years old to download and use Hikee Messenger. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We offer certain advanced features under our paid subscription model, Hikee Premium. Plans include:
Final Sale: All purchases, including the Hikee Premium 15-Day Plan and Monthly Plan, are strictly final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, pro-rated returns, or credits for any partially used subscription periods, unused trial hours, or billing cycles under any circumstances.
Active Subscriptions: Once a subscription has been purchased and processed via Google Play Billing, the active subscription term cannot be cancelled or terminated mid-cycle for a refund. You will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you disable auto-renewal. To prevent being charged for the next billing cycle, you must disable the auto-renewal option through your Google Play Store Subscription Settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Disabling auto-renewal ensures that you will not be billed for the subsequent period, but does not entitle you to any refunds or cancellations of the current paid term.
Hikee Messenger is built to foster positive, real-time social connections and share custom stickers. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive user behaviors. We reserve the right to review, suspend, or permanently ban any user account that violates these guidelines.
